Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
50 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
10 ml Averna amaro
5 gram Maraschino cherry (from jar in syrup)
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Fee Brothers Black Walnut bitters
90 ml Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale
