| 40 ml | No. 3 London Dry Gin |
| 20 ml | Corralejo Añejo Tequila |
| 25 ml | Enosis Mastiha liqueur |
| 12.5 ml | Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe |
| 20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
