Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
40 ml No. 3 London Dry Gin
20 ml Corralejo Añejo Tequila
25 ml Enosis Mastiha liqueur
12.5 ml Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 fresh Egg white
