| 3⁄4 fl oz | Bols Sour Apple Liqueur |
| 5⁄6 fl oz | Verjuice |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | SIMPLE SYRUP |
| 1⁄6 fl oz | Apple cider vinegar |
| 1⁄6 fl oz | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
| 1 1⁄2 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
