Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
7.5 ml Chilled water/mineral water omit if using wet ice
1 twist makrut lime zest
1 fresh Kaffir lime leaf
7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
