Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 13 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Italicus liqueur
13 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and basil leaf.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  6. Garnish with basil leaf boat floated on cocktail.

tanqeuray | narancello | agave srp ... dont have any limoncello or ss so i subbed ... tastes like a margarita to me, in fact i could have been fooled into thinking it was one with some fancy triple sec. its good. i used less lemon and sugar than called for. could use no sugar.

With my ingredients I found it a little bit out of balance before I rose Italicus to 2 cl and added a dash of saline solution. A good lemony cocktail.
