3⁄4 fl oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
3⁄4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry
1⁄12 fl oz Herbsaint Liqueur
1⁄24 fl oz Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
1 swath Grapefruit peel/zest
