Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau Solera Gran Reserva Brandy de Jerez
22.5 ml Lustau East India Solera Cream Sherry
15 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
7.5 ml Cold brew coffee concentrate
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
