Ingredients:
50 ml Ardbeg Uigeadail
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
10 ml Ginger syrup (equal parts ginger juice to caster sugar by weight
25 ml Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
