| 15 ml | St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur |

| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 Splash | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
