1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
7 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

History:

The Batida is a traditional Brazilian style of drink and 'Fresa' means strawberry in Spanish.
