Serve in a Boston glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Malibu Coconut rum liqueur
30 ml De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
30 ml Disaronno amaretto
30 ml Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)
45 ml Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat)
