Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
60 ml Rhubarb syrup
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
30 ml Aperol Aperitivo
7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
60 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
