Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
75 ml Flor De Caña 4 year old extra seco rum
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
