| 1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Bianco Vermouth |
| 5⁄6 oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- POUR all ingredients into glass.
- FILL glass with ice.
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
