Winning cocktail: Genmai
2oz Beefeater 24
1oz orange juice
1/4oz Kumquat syrup
1oz cacao mucilage macerated in Genmaicha tea
1/2 egg white
Garnish with Genmaicha tea.
Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a cocktail glass.
