Winning cocktail: The Belgrade Lady
"I founded inspiration in the White Lady, as one of the world famous classics. Linden trees are all around my city so, the smell of it is everywhere during spring. Bergamot and blue flower are giving perfume notes to the cocktail, and gives us that Belgrade Lady charm. All of this and earl grey tea is in my homemade liquor that I call Belgrade perfume."
50ml Beefeater London Dry gin
20ml Belgrade perfume
10ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 spoons Raspberry curd
Garnish with lemon zest and raspberry, bergamot, earl grey tea powder.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass.
