Garnish:

Garnish is built alongside the crushed ice, using the 6 remaining strawberry slices.

How to make:

Combine all ingredients (w/ 4 strawberry slices - reserve 6 for garnish) in shaker with ice, and shake well to mix and muddle. Fill Collins with crushed ice, layering in remaining strawberry slices against walls of glass, and double strain over the crushed ice. Serve with straw.

1 1/4 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
1/2 fl oz Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Génépi liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water)
10 slice Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
