
Lemon twist, expressed and set on the rim of the glass.
Combine the Laphroaig Select and the Ancho Reyes Verde in a spray bottle and put to the side. Spray a double rocks glass with the spray bottle. In a separate mixing glass, combine the Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Green Chartreuse and Angostura bitters and stir with ice until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain to the double rocks glass. Express a lemon twist over and garnish with it on the rim of the glass.

2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
1/2 fl oz | Ancho Reyes Verde chili liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Laphroaig Select Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky |
