How to make:

Muddle the slice of celery in a mixing glass.
Add all the ingredients in the mixing vessel, top up with ice cubes and stir.
Strain the cocktail in a mini coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the essential oil on the glass.

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 slice Celery stick (fresh)
1/6 fl oz Muyu Vetiver Gris liqueur
1/3 fl oz Amaro Braulio
1/2 fl oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
