Spring of fresh rosemary
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled, then fine strain into a glass. Express an orange peel over the top to release the oils, but do not drop it in. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary - you can briefly flame it for aroma.

| 2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
| 2/3 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Fee Brothers Old Fashion bitters |
