Garnish:

Place the mint leaf skewered cocktail pick on the left side of the cocktail & place three pomegranate seeds in between the two mint leaves. Spray the entire cocktail once with rose water or add 2 drops if a small spray bottle is unavailable.

How to make:

Before making the cocktail, skewer a cocktail pick through a mint sprig that has two mint leaves attached. Add some rose water to a small spray bottle if available.

1. Cut the cucumber in four slices & add to a shaker along with gin, mint syrup.
2. Muddle the slices very well.
3. Add the Heering Cherry Liqueur, lime juice, three ice cubes to the shaker & shake for 25 seconds.
4. Double strain into a glass.
5. Garnish with mint leaf skewered cocktail pick, three pomegranate seeds in shape of an holly & one spray of rose water over the cocktail.
6. Enjoy.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Gin
1/4 fl oz Green mint (menthe verte)/Peppermint syrup
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 fresh Pomegranate seeds
2 fresh Mint leaves
1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
2 drop Rose water
