Serve in a

Collins glass

Garnish:

A snall dusting of ground cinnamon and a Skewered cherry through an orange wedge on the rim.

How to make:

Combine all ingredients (except soda water) with ice and shake. Strain back into shaker remove ice and then dry shake. Into a chilled class, strain from height whilst combining with equal parts soda water add fill 2/3s of glass and let sit for a minute or so. Using the same method to fill glass, finish pouring contents of shaker. Glass will overfill but won't spill over so fill as much as required (although too much will contents will spill)

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Single cream/half-and-half
1 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1/3 fl oz Vanilla sugar syrup
2 dash Orange bitters
Top up with Soda (club soda) water
