Garnish:

An orange peel and a maraschino cherry

How to make:

Place all ingredients in to small tin of your Boston. Add ice to the top of your large Boston and throw the drink four times. This chills the drink with minimal dilution and provides the correct flavour and temperature

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/6 fl oz QuiQuiRiQui Matatlan Mezcal Espadin Joven
1 1/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
1/3 fl oz Elderflower cordial
1/6 fl oz Maraschino liqueur
3 dash Grapefruit bitters
