
Break off a piece of salted dark chocolate and rest it on top of the glass.
Add 40ml of Cherry Heering, 5ml of Vanilla Essence (but don't be shy) and a heaped teaspoon of cranberry sauce to a stirring glass. Then add cubed ice and stir until mixed. Strain this into a Flute glass and add the Prosecco on top to finish.
1 1/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
2 1/3 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
1/6 fl oz | Vanilla extract/essence |
1 1⁄2 barspoon | Cranberry sauce |
