How to make:

Rosemary-Honey Syrup:
Mix 1 part honey with 1 part hot water, add a sprig of fresh rosemary, let infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.


Method:
1. Shake Mandarine Napoléon, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
2. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
3. Top with soda water.

1 1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
1/2 fl oz • 15 ml rosemary-honey syrup
2 fl oz 60 ml soda water
