Orange twist
Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into chilled Nick & Nora or Martini glass, or similar. Twist orange peel over glass so that oils float atop drink, then drop the twist in and serve.
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Mezcal |
| 1/2 fl oz | Qīng Xiāng/fēn Xiāng (light fragrance) Baijiu |
| 1/4 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 1/8 fl oz | Agave syrup |
| 2 dash | Chocolate bitters |
| 1 dash | Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt) |
