Orange twist

How to make:

Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into chilled Nick & Nora or Martini glass, or similar. Twist orange peel over glass so that oils float atop drink, then drop the twist in and serve.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
3/4 fl oz Mezcal
1/2 fl oz Qīng Xiāng/fēn Xiāng (light fragrance) Baijiu
1/4 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
1/8 fl oz Agave syrup
2 dash Chocolate bitters
1 dash Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt)
