Garnish:

A deshydrated apple and a edible flower

How to make:

Put all Ingrédients except the cider in a shaker, shake for approximatively 15seconds, then double filtrer in a copa glass full or ice cubes, then top with the cider.

1 1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
2 fl oz Earl Grey tea (cold)
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 2/3 fl oz Dry cider
1/6 fl oz Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
