Two mandarin parts on a cocktailstick Mint sprig (optional)

How to make:

Shake all ingredients with ice
Fine strain in chilled coupe glass

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/12 fl oz Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
2/3 fl oz Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine syrup
1 2/3 fl oz Diplomatico Blanco Reserva rum
