
dried mandarin peal on the side of the glass (with a small clothespin)
- pre chill the glass and the stirring glass
- pour all the ingredients in the mixing glass:
40 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
30 ml Vermouth rosso alla vaniglia (e.g. Antica Formula)
30 ml Bourbon whiskey
2 dashes Orange bitters
2 dashes The Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters
10 ml Amaro Montenegro
2 drops Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
2 drops Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
-stir for 20-30 sec
- strain and garnish
1 1/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Vermouth rosso alla vaniglia (e.g. Antica Formula) |
1 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
2 dash | Orange bitters |

1/3 fl oz | Amaro Montenegro |

2 drop | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
