Coupe glass

Garnish:

Charred rosemary twig for a light aromatic smoke.

How to make:

Shake well with ice. Strain into a coupe glass or Nick & Nora.

1 1/6 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
5/6 fl oz San Cosme 100% agave Espadin joven mezcal
1/3 fl oz Select Aperitivo
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Agave syrup
2 drop Orange bitters
