Garnish:

Lemon twist, discard after expressing

How to make:

Pour all ingredients into a Cocktail-Shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, fine strain in a chilled Nick and Nora. Finish by expressing the oils of a lemon twist and discard.

2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
2/3 fl oz Château du Breuil VSOP Calvados
2/3 fl oz Martini Bianco vermouth
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
