The Emperor's New Fizz
Serve in a
Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)Garnish:
Orange wedge or slice.
How to make:
Add all ingredients but the soda to a shaker.
Dry shake.
Add ice and shake well.
Double strain into glass.
Top with soda.
Garnish with a orange slice or wedge.
| 3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Dolin Dry vermouth |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Amontillado sherry |
| 3/4 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
| Top up with | Soda (club soda) water |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Method and Madness Irish Gin With Black Lemon & Gorse Flower |
