Add all ingredients to tin and stir to incorporate the jams into the mixture. Shake vigorously before straining over ice
| 2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Monkey Shoulder whisky |
| 1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water) |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 gram | Ginger jam |
| 1/8 fl oz | Seville orange marmalade |
