How to make:

1. Chill your glass with ice.
2. Put all the ingredients into a mixing glass and add some ice into it.
3. Give it a nice stir (10-15 sec.)
4. Remove the ice you used for your chill glass and add a wonderful ice block (if you don't have an ice block, ice cubes will do it as well !)
5. Pour your drink into the glass.
6. Garnish it with an edible flower and enjoy!

1 1/6 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/6 fl oz Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Palomino Fino Sherry
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 drop Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
1/6 fl oz Passion fruit purée
5/6 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
