Rim with mandarin zest, salt and sugar combined in equal parts.
1. Rim glass with mandarin salt mix (see notes).
2. Add 25mL Napolean Mandarine, 60mL tequila, 15mL vanilla syrup, 15ml lime juice, and 30ml mandarin juice to shaker cup with ice. Shake for about 20 seconds.
3. Strain out ice. Add mixture and 1 egg white to shaker cup. Dry Shake for 30 seconds.
4. Double strain into glass.
2 fl oz | Blanco tequila |
1/2 fl oz | Vanilla sugar syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fl oz | Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice) |
1 1/3 fl oz | Egg white |
5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
