Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Marachino cherry

How to make:

Chill our Nick and Nora glass beforehand.
Take the mixin glass and add 15ml of Mandarin Napoleon 10ml of amaro Nonino Quintessentia 10 ml of ammontillado sherry Lustau 40 ml of calvados and 2 dash of bitter angostura.

Chill everything in order to have a correct dilution.
Serve in a glass with a maraschino cherry.

1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
1/3 fl oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
1 1/3 fl oz Pere Magloire Calvados Pays D'Auge V.S.O.P.
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
