For all the ingredients, except soda, into a shaker sufficiently filled with ice.
Hit and then double filter in a martini filled with ice
Complete with soda and stir.
5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
5/6 fl oz | Bombay Sapphire Gin |
5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
5 dried | Fennel seeds |
1 2/3 fl oz | Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
