
Expressed orange zest & candied ginger on a skewer/cocktail stick.
Add 30ml blended scotch (I've used Monkey Shoulder), 25 ml Mandarine Napoleon, 25ml Lemon Juice 15ml Ginger Syrup & 10ml Honey Syrup to a shaking tin, add ice & shake. Add cubed ice to a rocks glass, strain the cocktail into the glass, then add a 10ml peated whisky float (I've used Laphroaig Oak Select). Garnish & serve.
2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Monkey Shoulder whisky |
1/2 fl oz | Ginger syrup |
1/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water) |
5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Laphroaig Four Oak Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky |
