Serve in a

Rocks glass

Garnish:

Expressed orange zest & candied ginger on a skewer/cocktail stick.

How to make:

Add 30ml blended scotch (I've used Monkey Shoulder), 25 ml Mandarine Napoleon, 25ml Lemon Juice 15ml Ginger Syrup & 10ml Honey Syrup to a shaking tin, add ice & shake. Add cubed ice to a rocks glass, strain the cocktail into the glass, then add a 10ml peated whisky float (I've used Laphroaig Oak Select). Garnish & serve.

2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Monkey Shoulder whisky
1/2 fl oz Ginger syrup
1/3 fl oz Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water)
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Laphroaig Four Oak Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
