Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Lemon peel, expressed and discarded

How to make:

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish by expressing and discarding a lemon peel.

1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Angostura or other aromatic bitters
1/2 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
1 1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
