
Express oils from a fresh lemon peel over the glass as you pour the cocktail. Once poured, express the remaining oils over the surface of the drink and run the peel around the rim for aromatic impact. Trim off the rough edges of the peel for a clean finish if desired, and place the peel into the cocktail as the final garnish.
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and hard shake with with ice for about 3-4 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora Glass.
2 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1 fl oz | Monkey 47 Sloe Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
