How to make:

1.Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass. 2.Prepare garnish of orange zest. 3.Add all ingredients to a shaker and SHAKE with ice. 4.FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass. 5.Garnish with orange peel.

1 2/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Averna amaro
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
