Serve in a

Collins glass

Garnish:

agar jelly

How to make:

Place the crushed agar jelly into the glass first.
Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice and pour them over the jelly.
Add crushed ice and a straw.
For an even simpler version, we can just blend all the ingredients, including the agar jelly and ice, together in a blender.

2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3 fl oz Oolong tea
1/2 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
