Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Lemon and Limoncello Gummy bears (50ml Lemon Super Juice, 20ml Pallini Linoncello, 2gr Agar Agar) and Cassis Gummy bears (50ml Cassis, 20ml Vodka, 2gr Agar Agar) or just some store bought Gummy bears (lemon and cassis)

How to make:

-Precool the glass and shaker
-add all the ingredients to the shaker:
15 ml Blanco tequila (I used Olmeca)
15 ml Blackcurrant / cassis sugar syrup
10 ml Green tea (cold) - (I used Giffard the verte)
2 drops Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) (or even Super Juice)
and 30 ml Pallini Limoncello liqueur
-shake (for 15-20 sec)
- take out the ice off the glass and double strain into the glass
- garnish with some gummy bears (I recommend homemade gummy bears but store bought is also okay)
-cheers

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1/2 fl oz Blanco tequila
