The Amalfi Beat

Garnish:

A finely sliced lemon wedge

How to make:

Place all of the ingredients (except soda) in a shaking tin, add ice and shake aggressively for 5 seconds (roughly half a normal shake). Fine strain the contents of the tin into a fizz glass, fill with ice, add a touch of soda and garnish appropriately.

1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
5/6 fl oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
5/6 fl oz Blood orange juice
1/2 fl oz Dolin Dry vermouth
7/12 fl oz Agave syrup
1 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
