How to make:

The energy Spritz
Ingredients
- 40 ml beesou
- 120ml (pineapple & cinnamon)
- 20ml chilled soda water
- Ice
Garnish
- Pineapple leaf
Method
1. Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass generously with ice.
2. Pour in the Beesou.
3. Add the pineapple & cinnamon tepache.
4. Top with chilled soda water to taste, depending on how light and bubbly you’d like it.
5. Stir gently once or twice to combine without losing too much fizz.
6. Garnish with a pineapple leaf
Suggested Ratio
A classic spritz-style build is:
1 part Beesou : 2 parts tepache : 1–2 parts soda
Serve immediately while cold and sparkling.

1 1/3 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
2/3 fl oz franklin and sons soda
4 fl oz Pineapple and cinnamon tepache
