Discarded Lemon Zest and a Dehydrated Honeycomb
Shake all the ingredients except Pommery, i.e. Beesou, Drambuie, Lemon Juice, Chamomile Lavender and Lemongrass Tea infused Sugar syrup, and Orange and Honey Blossom Bitters in a shaker and double strain in a Copa/Spritz Glass. Discard a Lemon Twist. Top up 100 ml of Pommery Brut Royal. Add a Dehydrated Honeycomb as a Garnish.

| 1/2 fl oz | Drambuie liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 drop | Orange Blossom and Honey Bitters |
| 1/3 fl oz | Chamomile, Lavender and Lemongrass Tea Syrup |
| 1 twist | Lemon peel |
| 3 1/3 fl oz | Pommery Brut Royal N.V. Champagne (Blue Label) |
| 1 unit | Honeycomb |
