Garnish:

Discarded Lemon Zest and a Dehydrated Honeycomb

How to make:

Shake all the ingredients except Pommery, i.e. Beesou, Drambuie, Lemon Juice, Chamomile Lavender and Lemongrass Tea infused Sugar syrup, and Orange and Honey Blossom Bitters in a shaker and double strain in a Copa/Spritz Glass. Discard a Lemon Twist. Top up 100 ml of Pommery Brut Royal. Add a Dehydrated Honeycomb as a Garnish.

1 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
1/2 fl oz Drambuie liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Orange Blossom and Honey Bitters
1/3 fl oz Chamomile, Lavender and Lemongrass Tea Syrup
1 twist Lemon peel
3 1/3 fl oz Pommery Brut Royal N.V. Champagne (Blue Label)
1 unit Honeycomb
