How to make:
Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir to controlled dilution (≈20–25 seconds)
3. Strain over a clear ice block in a rocks glass
4. Finish with 1–2 sprays of grapefruit oil over the surface
5. Optionally express a grapefruit peel and discard

* 50 ml neutral spirit (e.g. vodka)
| 1 fl oz | Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif |
| 5/6 fl oz | Witchmark single origin English gin |
| 2/3 fl oz | Suze gentian liqueur (15% alc./vol) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
| 1 fresh | Grapefruit peel/zest |
