How to make:

250g strawberries.
125g white caster sugar.
3 teaspoons of cracked black pepper. Macerated.
125ml of hot water.
Then blend and strain twice.
Add 5g of citric acid.
Rock glass build. Cubed ice
40ml beesou
20ml dry cocchi
25ml of strawberry and black pepper
50ml soda
Gentley pull to mix ingredients.
Garnish with a lush mint spring

1 1/3 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
2/3 fl oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry
5/6 fl oz Strawberry and Black Pepper Cordial
1 2/3 fl oz London Essence Co. Soda Water
