How to make:

Cocktail
30ml Beesou
20ml Patron reposado
top up with Raspberry carbonated Soda
Build
Raspberry Carbonated Soda
250gr raspberries
100gr sugar caster
250ml vinegar
Method:
In a vacuum bag add the raspberries and sugar and leave it for 12hours. After muddle the raspberries, add the vinegar, and leave for 2 hour. Strain it.
Carbonate
Put liquid in a soda siphon (iSi)
Charge with CO₂
Shake, chill, ready

1 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
2/3 fl oz Tequila Reposado
