How to make:

2.5 : 4 : 1 : 1
1 part - El Banderra
1 part - Amontillado
4 part nordes gin
2.5 part Greek honey yoghurt
mix all together apart from the yoghurt.
In a separate container add the yoghurt and the. slowly add the mix of liquid to the yoghurt and stir till all evenly combined.
leave in the fridge for 6 hours and then strain through cheese cloth or coffee filter.
the finished product should come through golden clear.

1 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
1 fl oz Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin
1/4 fl oz El Bandarra Blanco vermut
1/4 fl oz Amontillado sherry
